01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AZJilli. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and AZJilli ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the AZJilli website, mobile platform, games, and all related services available at azjilli.com.

By clicking "Register," logging into an existing account, or simply browsing the AZJilli platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. 02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

AZJilli reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. If you are found to have misrepresented your age or eligibility, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. 03 Account Registration

Each player is allowed to hold one account only on AZJilli. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, valid contact details, and correct date of birth. Any account found to be registered using false information may be suspended without prior notice.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Never share your password with anyone — not even with AZJilli customer support agents. We will never ask for your password.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your responsibility, whether or not you authorized that activity.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via support@azjilli.com.

AZJilli reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

AZJilli supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines. Accepted payment channels include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, as well as internet banking via BDO, BPI, and UnionBank. Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards are also accepted.

All transactions on AZJilli are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as indicated in your account settings and on the Deposit and Withdrawal page.

• Deposits are typically credited within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification requirements.
• AZJilli does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods linked to the account holder's verified identity. Third-party payouts are not permitted.
• AZJilli reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending KYC verification or fraud investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

AZJilli regularly offers bonuses, free credits, reload promos, and referral incentives to reward our players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus funds and real money funds may be kept in separate balances depending on the promotion type.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• AZJilli reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found attempting to abuse bonus systems — including multi-accounting or coordinated bonus harvesting — will have their accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.

06 Fair Gameplay Rules

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on AZJilli:

• Creating more than one account per person, household, or device.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or credentials without their explicit consent.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your geographic location or identity.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise tamper with the AZJilli platform or its software.
• Money laundering or using AZJilli for any transaction related to illegal activities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or AZJilli staff members.
• Depositing funds from an unauthorized or stolen payment method.

08 Privacy & Data

AZJilli collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described therein.

We use your data to manage your account, process transactions, fulfill regulatory requirements, and improve your experience on the platform. 09 Account Suspension & Closure

AZJilli reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request — you may close your account at any time by contacting support.
• Regulatory or legal requirement mandating account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after resolution of active wagers will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method, provided no fraud or Terms breach is involved.

10 Limitation of Liability

AZJilli provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. AZJilli shall not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your own failure to protect your login credentials.

AZJilli's total liability to any individual player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
